Data protection on this website

1. Subject matter

We of A.C.A – Arts & Culture Association (henceforth “A.C.A.”) are pleased for your visit and interest in our association and the benefits of being a member.
We take the protection of your personal data seriously and we would like you to feel safe whilst navigating A.C.A.’s webpage (henceforth the “Webpage”).
We collect data when you visit our Webpage and adopt the security levels required by the regulations for means of security passed by the Royal Decree 1720/2007 December 21st, which approves the implementing regulation of the Organic Law 15/1999 December 13th, on Personal Data Protection.

The Webpage may contain links to third party webpages or other service providers to which this data protection declaration does not extend.

2. Collection, processing and use of data

2.1 Server log files

When you visit the Webpage, the web server stores standard technical data in a server known as a server log file. A.C.A. may use this data to track visitor preferences and to design the webpage suitably to provide you with a better experience.
The collection and analysis of hit data on the website is conducted exclusively in anonymised form.

2.2 Forms

We use different online forms on our web site which facilitate communication between you and us. Forms are aligned with the requirements of the users of The Webpage. All forms collect only the necessary personal data required to handle the enquiry. Data is transmitted in an encrypted form (SSL). Data which is not necessary but relevant may be collected. Please decide for yourself whether and which data you wish to give us.

3. No sharing with third parties

The data collected is exclusively for internal use and the purpose stated. It is are not transferred or forwarded to third parties.

4. No advertising and no user profiles

We do not use the data collected for advertising purposes. Furthermore, we do not prepare any user profiles of our visitors. We only analyse the log files (see above in Point 3.1.).

5. Relaying (external link)

Web services providers are obliged to notify the user of any relaying to another service provider. Where we refer to other service providers we notify you of the relay by opening the site of the other service provider in a new browser window.

6. Processing or deletion of data

We store your data for as long as is relevant to achieve our purpose of promoting arts and culture.

7. Your rights

We hereby remind you that at any moment you are entitled to revoke the data collection consent given and exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition to the address at this link. This does not refer to the deletion of data with statutory, corporate or contractual storage periods or necessary for the substantiation, design of content or amendment of any existing contractual relationship with us. This does not refer either to the deletion of data which must be stored for accounting purposes.
